Sports Massage
Sports massage consists of the manipulation of soft tissue. It can be applied in both a sporting and non-sporting context, however, is essentially most beneficial for those who engage in regular activity.

Dry Cupping
Plastic cups are placed on the skin and suctioned. Blood is then sent to the areas the cups are placed to stimulate the body's healing process. Other benefits cupping provides is the increase of circulation, stretching of connective tissue and fascia to increase mobility and helping to reduce tension in the body.
The cups may be used at rest or with movement.
They generally stay on from around 5-10 minutes.
